Apparently David Carradine was found dead this morning in a Bangkok hotel. He will be missed.
Carradine is best known for his work on the TV series Kung Fu and his role as Bill in Kill Bill. He has had an extremely prolific career starring in over 200 movie and television projects, he has been a continuously working actor from 1963 till present.
He was also an author. I read his book "The Kill Bill Diaries." On top of being a great actor and martial artist he seemed like a man with great insight and a wonderful sense of humor. If you get a chance (and liked the movie Kill Bill) I highly recommend you pick it up.
My heart goes out to his friends and family. He will be missed, but the body of work he left behind ensure that he will never be forgotten.
